¾ cup butter
¼ cup sugar
1 egg
5 tablespoons cocoa
2 cups graham wafer crumbs
1 cup coconut
3 tablespoons milk
2 cups icing sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla pudding mix
4 squares semisweet chocolate
1 tablespoon butter
Combine ½ cup butter, with the sugar, egg, and cocoa. Stir over heat until mixture resembles a custard. Combine with graham wafer crumbs and coconut. Line a 9x9 inch baking pan with waxed paper and press graham wafer mixture into pan.
To make filling, cream ¼ cup of butter with icing sugar and vanilla pudding mix. Spread over base and let harden.
To make topping, melt semisweet chocolate with butter. Spread over filling. Refrigerate.
