1.5 ounce excellent Canadian rye whisky
3/4 ounce bitter-sweet vermouth
1/4 teaspoon plum bitters
1/8 teaspoon orange bitters
orange peel twist
Place orange peel into chilled martini glass. Combine rye, vermouth, and bitters. Pour over ice. Swirl and strain into chilled glass. Simple, elegant, and delicious!
