¼ cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
¾ cup currants
¼ cup dates, chopped
¼ cup raisins
2 tablespoons lemon juice
Combine ingredients and stir thoroughly. Make a butter pastry dough and line approximately 2 dozen small tart shells. Fill shells around ⅔ full. Bake for 10 minutes at 400° F., then lower the oven to 350° F. and bake for another 15 minutes.
