Preparation: Prepare a tall glass by placing it in the freezer with four or so ice cubes.
Pull: Pull a beautiful shot or two of espresso (49th Parallel Roasters is my favourite bean provider) in a small glass.
Finish: Add liquid sugar if desired (I usually don’t), stir, and add a little cold milk. Stir again. Pour espresso mixture into tall glass over ice cubes. Top with cold milk
