½ sweet onion, chopped fine
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
1 teaspoon chili paste
½ teaspoon coriander
¾–1 cup coconut cream
broccoli florets, cut small
¼ cup peanuts, chopped fine (optional)
Steam broccoli until al dente.
Sauté onion + garlic. Add spices, then coconut cream, and sauté some more. Add broccoli and cook until thick. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
