Half of a lime, quartered
8-10 mint leaves
1/2 ounce liquid sugar
1 1/2 ounces Havana Club rum
soda water
lime wedge and mint sprig, for garnish
Lightly muddle lime and mint with sugar in a tall glass. Add ice and rum, top with soda. Stir well and garnish. Enjoy with plantain chips and Cuban jazz!
