½ cup peanut butter
1 tablespoon palm sugar
2 tablespoons Hoisin sauce
1 tablespoon tamari
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
1 ½ teaspoons chili garlic paste
1 teaspoon sesame oil (q.v.)
2 tablespoons lime juice
0– ½ cup hot water, as required
Stir all ingredients with whisk until smooth, and cover until served. If made ahead, store in refrigerator.
