Cream:
1/4 cup butter
1/8 cup zero-calorie sugar*
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon clove
1/2 teaspoon allspice
3/4 teaspoons cinnamon
Mix in:
3/4 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup almond flour
1/4 cup spelt flour
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup raisins
Place cookies on no-stick baking sheet and flatten slightly. Bake 10–12 minutes at 375˚F.
