1 cup butter
½ cup brown sugar
½ cup granulated sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups quick-cooking rolled oats
1 ½ cups flour
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup white chocolate chips
Cream together butter and both sugars, then beat in egg and vanilla. Gradually add dried ingredients and mix until smooth. Finally, stir in cranberries and white chocolate.
Drop dough in heaping tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheets, flattening slightly. Bake in 350° F. oven for 12–14 minutes, or until golden. Cool on rack.
