4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
1 teaspoon freshly grated black pepper
¾ cup mayonnaise
¾ cup olive oil
Combine lemon, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, and pepper; whisk until blended. Add mayonnaise; whisk until smooth. Continuing to whisk, add oil to mayonnaise in a thin, steady stream. Continue until blended. Refrigerate. Makes 1 ⅔ cup.
