½ pound cranberries
											
											
											1 cup sugar
											
											
											¼ cup water
											
											
											pinch sea salt
											
											
											⅛ teaspoon clove
											
											
											⅛ teaspoon ginger
											
											
											¼ teaspoon allspice
											
											
											¼ teaspoon cinnamon
											
											
											
											
											
											
											Place cranberries in saucepan with sugar, water, and salt. Cover, bring to boil, and cook 8–10 minutes or until skins burst. Remove from heat, stir in spices, cool.
