Bibimbap

350 grams beef seitan, in strips
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 ½ tablespoons sesame oil
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon sugar
½ teaspoon ground black pepper

Vegetables cut in thin strips or small pieces:
carrot
red pepper
green beans
cauliflower

Cilantro or baby spinach

Bibimbap sauce:
4 tablespoons gochujang
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons palm sugar
2 tablespoons water
2 teaspoons rice vinegar
2 teaspoons garlic

2 cups jasmine rice


Marinate seitan and prepare sauce. Steam vegetables briefly. 

Cook rice. Pan fry seitan in oil, on medium-high heat.

Assemble in bowls: rice, vegetables, seitan. Top generously with sauce, and finish with greens.
