Pancakes

3/4 cup buckwheat flour
1/4 cup spelt or einkorn flour
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon sea salt

1 egg, beaten
1 3/4 cups buttermilk milk
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 tablespoon canola 

1 1/2 cups chopped walnuts

Mix dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients. Combine together and stir in walnuts. Ladle onto pre-heated non-stick electric griddle.  Serve with warm maple syrup, organic butter, and love.
