Pancakes

2 cups unbleached white flour
½ cup choice of buckwheat, semolina, oat or wheat bran, corn flour, or other flour.
3 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon sea salt
¼ cup brown sugar

2 eggs, well beaten
½ cups organic milk
¼ cup oil

1 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
1–2 teaspoons cinnamon (optional)
½ teaspoon allspice (optional)


Mix dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients. Combine together. Ladle onto pre-heated non-stick electric griddle.  Serve with warm maple syrup, organic butter, and love.
