Apple muffins

3 cups unbleached white flour

⅓ cup brown sugar
1 ½ teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon sea salt

1 ½ teaspoons cinnamon
½ teaspoon allspice
¼ teaspoon ginger


2 eggs, well-beaten
¼ cup grapeseed oil
1
¼ cup organic milk

2 apples, cored and grated
1 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup raisins


Combine without overmixing. Drop into greased muffin tin and bake 22 minutes in pre-heated oven at 375° F.
