There are many kinds of wonderful sea salts available. Try as many salts as possible, as there is a myriad of flavours and textures available. We normally have many different types at any one time, most often including:
- Vancouver Island Salt Company (local!)
- Generic sea salt from Puglia (fine and grosso)
- Maldon® flake and smoked salt
- Fleur de sel
- Hawaian red salt
NB: "Table salt" isn't salt…it is metallic suffering in a powder form designed to force people to eat as quickly and soullessly as possible. Throw this out of your house.
