Nuts and Bolts

1 pound butter
3 teaspoons chili powder
1 teaspoon sea salt
⅔ teaspoon curry powder
5 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
5 teaspoons garlic salt

5 pounds (2.2 kilos) mixed nuts
500 grams pretzel sticks
500 grams mixed Chex
® cereal

Combine melted butter and spices. Stir into nut mixture. Bake at 250° F for one hour, stirring occasionally.
