Falafel

1 cup dry chickpeas (uncooked), soaked overnight

2 tablespoons minced garlic
1 teaspoon coriander
3 teaspoons cumin
1 teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon sea salt
¾ teaspoon red pepper flakes (cayenne)

grapeseed oil


Soak chickpeas overnight in water.  Process drained chickpeas in food processor until extremely fine. Combine with remaining ingredients in bowl. Chill until ready fry. Form small patties and fry in very large skillet (or deep fry).
