Tahini sauce

3 tablespoons minced garlic
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup tahini
1 tablespoon olive oil
¼ cup lemon juice
⅓ cup water
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes


Process in blender until smooth and creamy, adding more water if required.  Chill in refrigerator at least 45 minutes before serving.
