North America

As children, we learned how to cook in Canada and the United States respectively, so we have prepared our fair share of macaroni & cheese. As we have discovered more and more of the world's cuisines, increasingly we have also returned to the familiar food culture of North America.  Most of our summer patio BBQ cuisine in fact requires no recipe (save perhaps our BBQ sauce or Leslie's sublime Barbecued Potato wedges), but here are a few things that we wouldn't want to live without.  Comfort food close to home.
