Bicerin

Warm a clear, heat-proof glass (see side note).

Make a small amount of the thick hot chocolate of your choice (we like SOMA "Dark Side of the Mug" sipping chocolate).

Pull a perfect shot of espresso.

Fill the bottom third of the glass with hot chocolate. Add espresso, pouring over the back of a spoon for a clearly defined layer. Top with a swirl of whipping cream.
